Phase 1B Vaccine Clinic Information for Springdale

Springdale Health is providing COVID-19 vaccinations through clinics at the Springdale Community Center.  We are receiving limited quantities of the vaccine from the Ohio Department of Health and will provide the vaccinations by Ohio’s guidelines.
